I arrived with my two kids in tow to sign paperwork that no one had any clue about. The notary on staff was very nice but didn’t have a clue what paperwork I needed to sign. The salesman and sales manager were not there and apparently didn’t communicate this to the notary effectively. Come to find out they asked me to come in to sign a title document that someone had lost regarding my previous vehicle at auction. I appreciate transparency and did not receive it here. Not very professional. ”
