“ The service department is the real deal, excellent value for the oil change service; they completely look over your car and make notes of any issues and they’re actually honest about it. If you have time before that issue needs to be fixed they’ll flat out tell you that and they encourage you to shop around for prices. Peter Dean has been my rep most of the time but the lady rep is also very excellent, friendly and kind. I had a more tricky repair this week that we thought was fixed but was still having issues. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in today and have it looked at for free. And thankfully they just had to adjust a pin- no trying to upsell me parts replacements or more repair work. “ I purchased a $50,000+ 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Limited from Prestige Toyota expecting a high level of customer care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I recently brought the vehicle in for service to correct a rear badging issue. After more than 4 hours of driving time between drop-off and pickup, the issue was still not properly resolved. Once I got home and inspected the vehicle more carefully, I found that one side of the badge still was not fully seated/adhered correctly. To make matters worse, the vehicle was returned to me extremely dirty, especially around the rear bumper and wheel areas. I delayed posting this review because I wanted to give the dealership an opportunity to respond. I emailed photos/videos, left a voicemail, and attempted to handle this professionally and directly before posting publicly. Unfortunately, I received no response. The loaner vehicle experience was also very poor. The vehicle was heavily worn, dirty, had a strong odor, and lacked a rear windshield wiper, which created visibility issues for me during rainy conditions. Beyond the service department, I also experienced repeated communication delays and lack of follow-through regarding post-sale issues involving paperwork/name corrections and vehicle setup concerns. Overall, the experience has reflected a serious lack of attention to detail, communication, follow-through, and customer care. ”
